Steve Gailey is the Solutions Architect at Exabeam. Steve joined Exabeam from Splunk where he ran the Financial Services vertical and was the EMEA head of the Security Practice. Prior to this Steve worked in the financial services sector and spent seven years at Barclays where he was the Group Head of Information Security Services.

Whilst at Barclays Steve and his team built the largest SIEM in the commercial world only to strip it out and replace it with a big data solution. He also ran many landmark projects including some of the biggest deployments of CyberArk and Varonis to date.

Steve also worked at Deutsche Bank as the Global Head of Web Services; at Nomura where he ran Security and Web services and at Lloyds of London where he was the Chief Security Architect.
